At GroomerBest, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • A clear photo of the product must be provided

  • Contact must be made via email before initiating a return

Once approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
